The young man at the window this evening, 12/7/22 around 6:15pm,  has wonderful customer service skills! The line was long, but he was polite, brought people their orders to their cars, & double checked to make sure everything was right! Very respectful & such a nice young man! Thank you for making our holidays brighter!

Good is good for breakfast but the sassy guy who’s there in the morning not it ! I went to the window because the sprinkler was spraying in my face as I let the so down down and he got real sassy with me before I could explain! Sorry but sorry!!!! The lady who’s normally there has better service skills

This is by far the worst service I’ve ever had. I ordered from them on DoorDash. When my dasher got there they claimed someone had already picked up the order even tho I could still see that my order was being prepared and never left. DoorDash contacted and sonic said they would remake it and after they got off the phone with DoorDash they told my dasher they weren’t going to remake it. Pathetic

I’ve been to several sonic’s and NEVER have I ever received “jumbo popcorn chicken” that is so damn small that it’s nothing but batter. Smh never again!!!!! I had about 3 normal sized chicken and the itty bitty ones shown is nothing but batter. I guess I’m supposed to get full off batter.  -A hungry, aggravated customer who just simply wanted they meal done correctly!!!!!!!!!!!!

This location is horrible in service. I've been twice in one week and had to go somewhere else because they cut the ice cream machine off 2 hours before closing, then today I come back and ask for add ons to my drinks and I got straight attitude. If im paying I don't see the reason for the attitude or disrespect unless your workers just don't want money coming to your company because I went to Burger King and Wendy's after leaving this location.

Had pretzels the other day at 1:00 and they were fantastic. Cheese sauce was great. Mini kudos to Sonic for having pretzels

Food is usually good but they closed early one time and didn't give me my shake and I couldn't get a refund

Worst Sonic I've ever been to. They take forever to even take your order. I waited 20min for a diet coke. Tried coming again and no one answered the call button after waiting 15min

It seemed really hard for them to understand us when we ordered but they did get it correct.Food: 4/5

Don't waste your money. They take your order correctly per the screen however they serve you whatever they want. The customer service is severely lacking. Just like everywhere else in Jackson they could just really care less.
