Act 1:   I went in for a standard checkup,  they ask me if I wanted a panoramic x ray of my teeth,  they told me my insurance would cover it...  
The insurance company did not cover the x ray and I got stuck paying 174.00 for the x ray..
Charlie assured me if I contested the bill he would lie to the credit bureau  and trash my credit..
Act 2 : When I went in for my check up my insurance was having some issues,  so I gave them my credit card on good faith,  Two mouth later I noticed the charges still on the bill..  I talked to the secretary named Lexi,
Lexi told me she sent in the bill and told me not to call her back again....
The insurance company did not get the bill,,  long story short, 26 calls, 
over 3 hours on the phone, 4 mouths later,  I was finally able to walk Lexi through the process of billing my insurance company...
Act 3 :  Under state law an x ray must be handed over to another office on request,,  Charlie duchshere of Dakota smiles has refused to hand over the x rays...

I had a crown and a cleaning done today in only two hours, start to finish. Amazing technology and expertise at Dakota smiles.

As an update, I have moved out of state, but since I was back here for a visit I scheduled a cleaning and some other work I still needed. That's how much I like Dakota Smiles...who gets dental work done on their vacation? Another excellent experience with Dr. Charles and his whole staff. I even tried to get him to open an office in Alabama!

I absolutely love this dentist office! They are always so friendly and accommodating with my work schedule. I can't say enough good things about what quality work they do! I would recommend them to anyone!

Very nice staff. I just had my third appointment. Two cleanings and one filling in all. I didn't feel beaten up and swollen and sore. Heather was very knowledgeable and thorough with me. Dr. Duchshearer is a very good dentist. Very  happy I chose Dakota Smiles.
