I'm a Fargo native but now live in Minneapolis and anytime I need work done on my car, I take special trips home to Dakota Tire and of course visit family. 

While the customer service at most shops really leaves something to be desired, the Dakota Tire team really goes above and beyond your expectations to help personalize the experience as well as make sure you are taken care of.

I've recently visited and their new waiting area is incredible. They've got a fireplace and comfy chairs to make you feel relaxed as well as a nice kitchenette, play area for the kiddos, and clean spacious bathrooms. 

Overall, I've been working with Dakota Tire for the last 10+ years and they are and will continue to be my #1 pick for tire and mechanic work.

Called 10 minutes before I showed up and they said, "we will get you in". Took around an hour but that was expected since it was right before quiting time. Good tire prices, plus they have good used tires also. Very friendly and you can leave knowing you weren't screwed over! Will be a returning customer!

Friendly service. But, no warranty on trailer tires, even a few days after purchase.

Got a flat tire on I29, 30 miles north of Fargo. Called them and got 2 new tires installed 30 minutes after I got there. Extremely fast and friendly service. They went out of there way to make sure I was back on the road as fast as possible. Highly recommend.
