I love this place. The staff is always very nice and understanding. I had to put my cat down after a long run of illness. Dr Paul and his staff were very kind at such a hard time.

I brought my 2 miniature white Schnauzers in to the vet that was supposed to be include with the $5,000.00, I spent on rescuing these 4 month old puppies from the NY Breeders. They tell you the price after you fall in love with them after putting them in a room with then, and letting you get attatched to them before they give you the price. They insisted that the high price of the puppies included a FULL veterinary visit and ALL shots and stool sample, or anything else that wasn't done by the NY Breeders. THEY LIED. It cost up $980.00 for the "FREE" visit to the veterinarian that was used exclusively with them. They aren't getting away with this, I am the one who rescued the 13 year old miniature Schnauzer from the Valhalla Vet, who's owner tied her up to their post outside in the pouring rain. I spent over $3,000.00 on this dog, and she ended up being 13 years old and I lost her 10 months I rescued her, after falling in love with her. NY BREEDERS in White Plains on Tarrytown road lies to get you to spend thousands of dollars on their puppies whom after doing weeks of research, uses the worst puppy mills in the U.S. by the name of one of the most 100 WORST PUPPY MILLS IN THE US! They think they got away with it, they are wrong. I believe in my heart I save the 2 white miniature Schnauzers since they were 4 months old and still in the store. I felt horrible about spending this money, but I am handycapped, and all the SPCA's in my area had NO small dogs to rescue, never mind a Schnauzer.
