Cannot believe they "leave town for meetings and only "Dave" the rep stayed behind sorry..." Sooo this company advertises all over TV and Radio spending thousands of their customers dollars branding themselves these past few weeks and so we finally call to get "our free quote" and 1st thing we get told this, get to talk to no-one knowledgeable, and had to end up leaving a message, nice first impression eah, but hey you know DAVE is the ONLY rep there so we oblige and leave the message. Well then 2 days go by... nothing, call again, same excuse of no one here but Dave, and again sent to Voicemail left message, and another day goes by we call again and still no one is available to give us a quote and explain the various options that Dakotacare offers. We're now thinking that this is a very small co-op that is struggling to find its identity and has put too many irons into a fire they cannot control, time to head to the BBB and be heard, we've been told that they tend to be pretty good at getting businesses to answer questions!
