These people were friendly on the phone when you could even get them on the phone. If I could have left no stars I sure would have. I made it very clear from the jump i had a strict deadline that i needed this coverage by Friday the following week and also every time i called i reiterated my deadline and concern. I was dealing with Brian Kouri who is the president of the company who wouldn't return my calls on an insurance quote. I was told that it would only take about a day to get the quote back. I called Tuesday to get this initial quote. I followed up on Wednesday was told nothing yet which is understandable even though I was told a day for the turn around mind you. So I waited most of the day Thursday still hadn't rcvd a call back so I called him and was told in a polite way that he hadn't heard and he would call me when he got it back. I didn't call Friday and did not call Monday. No calls were made to me either mind you. It's now the following Tuesday a week later and I called Brian at 9:13 am left a voice mail no call back. I followed up again Tuesday at 12:13 pm was told he out of the office. The front desk gal said she would leave him a message to get me a call back and needless to say you can guess I still have not rcvd a call back. I expect more from a president of a company customer service wise. There was no follow up done no commitments completed as I was told. That makes me feel as a small business owner I obviously don't make enough money or won't bring in enough money for them to pay attention and give me the time I deserve. It should not matter how much revenue a person or company brings you. Everyone deserves to feel as though they are your number one million dollar client. One of the worst experiences I have had with insurance companies. I made over 6 calls in a week and nothing resolved or completed. So long story short don't waste ur time because that is exactly what will happen. Just by pass their Google ad and move on to the next insurance company you will have way better luck

I've sold insurance so I see Kouri from a few different angles. I've had three different insurance agents since I moved to Sioux Falls 8 years ago and Kouri is simply the best. They're the best for three reasons. 1. Choice They're independent so they shop for the best company that offers the best coverage for you. They don't have to sell "their" stuff. They sell you the best stuff for you. 2. Service When I call it doesn't matter who I talk to, they can help me. They're fast, efficient and pleasant every time I call. I'm not their biggest customer (I might be on of their smallest in dollars, but they treat me like I"m special to them. I think I am!) 3. Local Kouri's been in the community a long time and they give back to it. They don't do it because they have to, they do it because they genuinely care about Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities. I wasn't paid or compensated in any way for this recommendation. I'm just a happy customer.

I called Kouri for a quote, they collected my data and gave me one. The quote was higher then what I was currently paying with a well known national brand(state farm) and the company they quoted from I've never heard of and had terrible reviews on google. I told Sheldon this and asked if they could do any better, never heard from them again. Not impressed very unprofessional.
