Poor quality. DON'T GIVE THEM SHAG RUGS. I had a 6'x9' shag rug cleaned by them. They took it away for a whole week, which I thought was a good thing! They can take their time and the rug can be clean! When it was returned, I was still able to pick up tiny things that were dropped in the rug by kids, and still parts of the rug that are unclean and matted. It was a complete waste of $166.00, do NOT use these people, ESPECIALLY for a shag rug. Never again.

We had Wool rug cleaned for the first time and they absolutely destroyed it. The material is coming out now and the back looks like it has small pox. They had the nerve to bring it to my house that way and from what I saw on their video I was paying top dollar for service and was deeply disappointed and would not recommend the service or in this case lack of. Very unprofessional

We were very pleased with the excellent care and service provided with our oriental rug! Every part of the process was professional, positive, and conscientious. We especially liked the communication-notification procedures. We felt well informed at all times. We will use Dalworth again and recommend them as an outstanding company!

Not trustworthy! I just got three bids for carpet cleaning and stretching in my home. Dalworth quoted $838.75, the other quotes were $239.00 and $225.00.

Go give credit they arrived on time but not happy with results - charged extra $40 for pet cleaning, beware smells fresh but soon wares off in a couple of days. I would not use again or recommend, several of the stains are lighter but still there. To be fair, there was one stain he was not sure about...the rest were no problem so he said.
