Working with John is almost impossible. Dont espect results in a timely manner.  Our insurance company recommended them.  I would look at other options first.  4 months later still not finished.

Rough start! But worked out fine in the end.
We had a fire on Thursday 3/20/17. They were notified by our homeowners and Rainbow showed up wanted to start the clean up the same day. Yet the insurance adjuster hadn’t even been out to look at the damage.  So we set an appointment for the next Saturday between 9:00 and 10:00 am. And were told we would receive a phone call before that time letting us know they were on the way. At about 11:00 am we received a call telling us they were on the way; knowing we had another appointment at 11:00 am. We had already left the house and rescheduled again for Tuesday 3/28/17, so they could walk with fire adjuster. The adjuster had to call to find out where they were, because they were late, yet again. Once they showed up and walked the house they set an appointment for 3/29/17 at 9:30 am to begin clean up. So my wife took off work to meet them. A call came in a little before 9:00am saying they had been pulled to another job and did not know when they would be at our house. They showed up later that morning. That's the bad. But now that things are going and on schedule the experience has been good. The crew is very friendly, and efficient.

Rainbow was awesome! When they were called in to clean apartments in my complex after a unit burned and left some of us with smoke damage and the damage caused by the firemen, they were very thorough and professional. Brad was great! He was caring, compassionate, and made sure the job was done right and that my home was healthy to breathe in again. Everything was cleaned perfectly and they put everything back in its place. They even folded some things I left laying around, lol. I would highly recommend Rainbow to anyone needing restoration cleanup.

Worst place to ever have restore your house. They are a bunch of thieves and liars.
