Would have never even gone into this place if a friend didn't tell me about it. Its really nice and private even though it is right next to Porto's. The ambiance is very nice and good for conversing as the place is quiet. The dim lighting is cool but if you going during the day you will have to adjust to the sun upon going outside. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Damon's burger is great though I would prefer a bit extra sauce. Never asked for that so I'm sure they could do it. Their soups and small salads are great to have before your main mean. They are small so they won't get you full but they are really tasty. The salmon plate is finely seasoned and cooked perfectly. The shrimp sandwich is also very good and very large. I would suggest ordering it to share between two people and each person can get a soup or salad as well. 

Overall great place that I enjoy going to for professional lunches and dinner with family or friends. You should call ahead in case there is a long wait as they do get really busy.

I took my wife and kids here for my birthday. It's pricey, but so worth it. My wife and I ordered the prime rib and it was great. They also have a good assortment of sides, cocktails and beer. I would definitely go back.

Been coming here for 50 years. Never had a bad time till today. New bartender all on his own with a restaurant full of graduation parties plus more. Terrible service. Server apparently didn't hear us ask for utensils, bread plates, mustard or ketchup. Never came to ask if everything ok. Never got soup. Don't know what they are thinking, but not good. So sad to give up on one of our favorite places.

One of the last great tiki restaurants. More of a steakhouse than a Polynesian food place - the only tropical offerings are the drinks. The decorations are  old-school tiki bar bamboo sea motif. Beautiful mural just inside the front door. Specialties are steaks and prime rib.

Great food, decent Cocktails. I prefer the cocktails at Don the Beachcomber's, but they have closed until they can find a new place.
