They just cancel my policy out of nowhere! I've been with them for around 4 years. I had life, renters and three cars with them with easy payment that means they take the payment from my account every month. All I received was "your policy is cancel, call the agency"! What !!! I can't believe this. They are the worse not to mention they lost all my information smh. Do not shop here! Find another agency please.

One of the most inconsistent experiences I have ever had dealing with an insurance agency every call I made regarding my rates and changes wield a different answer and nothing ever given in bottom line but The State of Georgia raised premiums. Yet 3 different quotes from companies and some state farm agencies have much lower quotes and levels of professionalism. Horrible Horrible experience for me and I had them for my auto and home owners policies.

Can not imagine using anyone else. I have been with Dan for over 20 years. I have at times had as many as 10 policies with them. All sorts and varieties.They are awesome.
