They have never been the best in customer service or the friendliest but it was never a huge deal as accuracy is the most important thing when it comes to insurance. Long story short, they failed in that department too and it's now resulting in a suspended license. That is the reason for the one star. If you're knowledgeable in insurance yourself then I believe this agency will be fine but if you need knowledgeable associates then this is definitely not the place for you.

I'm usually never the type of person to write a review whether I had a good or bad encounter with a business but I just had to share my amazing experience with this location. Christian is my agent and he had outstanding customer service! He catered to all of my needs and found me a great policy within a reasonable budget. I am very satissfied and pleased with him and this entire location. Would recommend to anyone!

Holly is very quick to respond and has great insurance rates.  Customer service is top notch!  I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I purchased an auto policy in June through this agency. I was led to believe that I had full coverage. Not until I hit a deer last week did I find out that I only had state minimums. Not only was the agency negligent in selling me my policy, but then when I asked them to see what they could do to help me, they were all very defensive, unprofessional and rude. I even asked to speak to Holly and she never bothered to call me back. When I called back and demanded to speak to her, she was even less willing to assist me than her team was. I was able to get a manager at corporate to at least look into what exceptions could be made. But I will be dropping my policy with this agency as soon as possible. I will not give my money to a disrespectful and inept business.  If you are in the market for insurance, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
