Had an interior detail done. They did a nice job on the upholstery and the guys we talked to were super nice, but all the non-cloth surfaces were streaky and when we wiped them off, we got several layers of dirt off too so it seems like they weren’t cleaned well. The glass is all streaky to the point that I can’t see out the back windshield when there is a car with headlights behind me. Bummed that I’ll have to clean it all myself again.

Very expensive for a car wash/interior clean.  Paid to have interior cleaned, but was still very dirty when I looked around.  A waste of money - just get the very basic exterior wash and go elsewhere for interior cleaning.

They did a great job cleaning and waxing our car inside and out.  I really appreciated their detailing work inside the car.  The car felt almost new.

I have not been here for quite some time - have been happy in the past so I sprug for the most expensive wash - $32.  I expect the best for the most expensive wash.  I have a white Ford Escape with a camel interior.  I mentioned that I had a dog and that I wanted a thorough job done with the interior - including vacuuming.

The exterior wash was acceptable - tires looked good - hence the 1 star.
The door sills were not wiped clean or dried.
The windows were streaked and not acceptable - with road dirt on the edges.
The vacuum job was completely unacceptable.  There was dog hair and lint throughout the entire vehicle.
The surfaces of the interior were really not done at all - center console was completely untouched by any cloth or cleaning product - dash, cup holders, door pockets, cracks in seats, all with debris and dog hair.

If this is their idea of 'auto detailing' good luck to them...

I had just picked up a bunch of grocery items so I told them they did not have to vacuum the area behind the rear seats - but asked them to do the glass.  They opened the glass part of the tail gate and cleaned that - but I had to ask them to do the rear interior side windows.

The staff was inattentive and did not care about the job that they were doing.  There was one car ahead of me in line and one behind me - so there was not rush to speed through the job.

What did I get for $32 of my hard earned money - I lost 40 minutes and a car wash - and another 20 minutes at home to clean my own car.  I am very disappointed in the service and won't be back.
