I am always impressed at the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail by the staff here. I drive out of my way to go to this car wash because their service is second to none. For Minnesota harsh winter's, they will help save your car! Membership is totally worth it if you live near by. I try to stop in at least once per week.

Feels like a detail job for just a little more than a standard car wash.

Open today even though it’s -10F’.
Good service. Happy with the prices. Deluxe wash only $20, other wash packages available for $15-18. Served immediately at 8:05am. Total wash time, about 20m.

First time customer.  Stopped in to get road salt cleaned off.  Paid for the "Werks" package upfront to ensure the floor mats were washed.  After the crew was supposedly done, the mats weren't washed - because "it costs extra."  They ended-up washing the mats without charge, but I feel like I got scammed.  I was sold a premium package that I didn't get.  Very convenient location, but I probably won't go back.

My parents came here before I could even drive (well over a decade now), back when it was called the Mermaid Car Wash, and I still come here for 90% of my car washes. If you're looking for a place with the personal touch, short of a full detailing but still cleaning your interior, this is the spot. Heck, if you're just looking for something better than a spotty gas station wash, this is the place. They offer options starting at $15 and go up to $35, and you can select options a la carte if you wish, so you'll spend exactly what you want, and you will absolutely get a thorough wash, a great interior clean if you choose, and a careful hand-toweling to dry after, every time. You can watch pretty much the entire process as well through windows, start to finish, if you have concerns. 
I have come here so many times I can't even begin to estimate-- and not ONCE, even after the name (and ownership?) of the place changed, have I had a single complaint about this place. I won't trust many other washes in the Cities.

Great car wash, finding a good time to go is the key, off hours seem to be better to avoid long lines. But they are worth the....wait and get you in and out quickly.
