New patients are welcome... Please call for an appointment 304-736-4794. We see children starting about age 4. We are contracted with several dental insurances: Metlife, American Benefit, Delta Dental, 4-Most Network -Medben and Benefit Assistance, United Concordia/Tri-care and Mt State Bluecross/Blueshiled. I can't really say anything negative about this office (except the country music they played today which was horrible, I blasted youtube in my ear to avoid hearing it). That aside, they're very understanding of my individual needs. They're also very professional and to the point which I LOVE. Its very nice to get in and out of there. The office staff are so polite. I've only seen a couple of offices that take the time to be polite but to the point. They're careful not to ask me to do too much. When Dr. Daniels was there, she gave me laughing gas to avoid a panick attack and didn't charge me for it. There is a new doc there now and I don't know him well but he's still to the point and understanding. I've spent what I consider to be a lot of money there. They were helpful when my first insurance company tried to screw me. They even told me how to claim insurance fraud and worked with me on the billing stuff until that got worked out. Basically, I will be going back for some time. :)

Terrible experience. I called and told them I needed a filling so they made an appointment for me. I was told they'd take care of it for me the day I come in. They quoted me a price and led me to believe it would be taken care of with one visit. So, at my visit they took an x-ray and tell me they don't have time to fill my tooth yet still charged the quoted price. They tried to set up TWO additional appointments just to fill this tooth. I strongly feel they try to get as many $70 office visits as they can before they take care of your problem. I cracked my tooth and just wanted a filling. Between the first visit and the other two they tried to schedule they want to charge  OVER $700 dollars just to fill my tooth and insisted I get a cleaning on visit  #2 before they would even address the problem I came for. I'm so tired of "medical professionals" trying to squeeze every cent they can. I was paying cash, as I don't have dental coverage so perhaps they just saw this as a chance to stretch it out and get more money. Never again there, and neither should you. I could've just set that hundred dollars on fire and got the same amount of help. I'd say this comes from the top because the people other than the male dentist are nice and helpful. Perhaps it's his policy to try to squeeze cash payers wallet. Thanks for reading, I hope no one goes through this with them. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

I hadn't been back since Buck left after my last visit. They understood my need to get in very quick and made it happen. So friendly and thoughtful. Would highly suggest them to anyone!
