I was a patient  of Dr. Payne’s for about 6 years when I moved from the area 5 years ago.  He is Amazing, he takes the time to talk with you and never once said that it was in my head.  He treated me with respect and I have not found a Dr. yet to replace him.  We are having to relocate back to the Shreveport/Bossier City area and I am looking forward to seeing him again.  Even days his allergies were acting up or he was having a hard day he always greeted you with a smile and great attitude.

Excellent Dr. He has been our family physician for over 10yrs. and I trust him completely. If he doesn't know he will send you to the best person that can help find what is wrong.  He always takes the time to talk to you and even when I have taken the children in he will ask how I am doing. He can tell even if you say ok that something is bothering you. He is his an all around great man. We are very lucky to have him as our Dr.
