Over$ 15k for years I am sick how my sweetheart was treated 5 times told ready but Nada.and rude.we will get our money back after 3 request but I will call the police today if no refund and file a complaint.just awful.save your time and go elsewhere

Today 7-12-15 my boyfriend got me brand new watch and I went down to get it sized thinking that I'm going to a professional place. Well I get home and notice that the wrong pin and where the wrong pin is there are scratches where she shoved the pin in WITH A HAMMER?!?! I called instantly and instead of the company wanting to fix the problem. They dined that they did any of it. They didn't even offer for me to come in and fix the problem til I asked if I could come in. The money isn't the issue, its the fact that I went to this place trusting the name and to get this kind of service. The number one thing they should care about are the people who pay their paychecks, and if I was happy I would not be on here reporting a bad review. I don't recommend anybody coming to Daniels.  HORRIBLE "PROFESSIONALS"

I just called if they could get a class ring by a sertain date that stupid ass lady just laugh at me "Really " that's really rude. I will never, ever buy any crap from this place.
