I went here with my gf to buy her a promise ring. The woman at the counter told me when I bought the 2,000$ ring, the fake diamond was only for display, and would be replaced with a real one. And they would clean it, and resize it. So 5 weeks later my gfs center diamond is foggy. So we call and try to find out why only to discover that we were scammed and the woman never changed out the fake diamond but left it without letting us know. The manager also informed us that what her employee had told us never happened because she would never do that. Telling me and my gf that what we were told never happened. And that if we wanted to return it we couldn't. Because on the receipt their return policy is two weeks after purchase . And that the 2,000$ we paid was only for the ring and no diamond. This place sucks and their employees well rip you off given the chance.

K-Jon's does do Free jewelry cleaning. My girls ring needed some cleaning so I brought it in. While I waited they had no problem showing me new rings just encase I wanted to take it to the next level. Great service and No pressure. I will be back.
