Terrible experience! Dont apply if you have to move around for work. I got accused of forgery because the application website would not take my address since i had not lived there for more than 2 years. Now we can't even reapply we no longer welcome to live at the apartments. Tried calling someone for more answers and was sent to a voicemail and no call back. I have never lived somewhere were its so conplicated to just apply.

Edit: this is for the company that owns these apartments. We worked with Krystal and she was lovely . It was the company southwest who sucks.

Please read before you decide to rent from this apartment complex in Southern Management good from afar but far from good me and my wife and two children moved into the apartment complex within the first month we had three washer and dryers break on us a dishwasher break on us and yes they do have security systems in the apartment but our security system never work the whole year that we were there the walls and floors are as thin as paper you can hear everybody moving within the first week I was there we had the downstairs neighbor banging on the ceiling because they said it was too loud because we had children once again like I said good from afar but far from good do not rent at this place management is terrible maintenance is terrible the place is terrible there is no parking ever

I've here for 6-7 months and while the staff is great and the maintenance crew is good is hassle trying to find a parking space. Every night your driving around trying to find a parking space and yet they have garages with empty spaces which they charge $75 extra every month for it. The don't have enough parking spaces for all the tenants so some of them have to park in the visitor spaces. Ridiculous!

Was a great apartment. Always clean, never saw any bugs/vermin, no issues with noise, friendly staff. While the doors are secured, I was never worried about my safety. The area around the apartment can look a bit rough, but this place is a gem.

Rhea and Crystal make sure they greet you by name when they see you in the community and in the leasing office. They also make sure they are very accommodating but aren't pushy. Community stays clean and neighbors are friendly.
