I want to start off by saying; Danny Umana isn’t your average real estate agent. Danny goes above, and beyond what his job title entails. He treats you like family. You become someone he places his full attention into. Your family, and home become is number one priority. He is also very honest with you. Honestly is such an important factor when looking for a real estate agent. I knew he was going to help us sell our home based on that. I wanted someone who would understand our situation, and be honest with us. We had to move in eight weeks! He was on our team from day one. He told us not to worry, and we didn’t have to. He handled all of the open houses amazingly, and within the first week we had offers. We accepted an offer within 10 days. I know homes don’t typically sell that fast, but I truly believe our process went smoothly because of Danny. We really appreciated everything he did.

Trust is key with this man! I was a first time home owner and Danny made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. He listened to every detail or comment I made about particular homes and new exactly what I was looking for. Danny was always accessible and answered in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would seek his guidance again for my future purchase.

Danny was very helpful and went out of his way to help us find our dream home. He gave us excellent guidance and was very patient with us. Danny was always available when we had questions and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Great experience and would gladly recommend him when looking for a home.

Being a first time home buyer, we knew we wanted to go with someone we trusted and felt comfortable with along our process, and that for us was Danny. Danny made sure we understood the process from the get go and was always available to answer our many questions. He was patient and was able to help us find our dream home just on time. He knew what we were looking for and what was the best for us. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to buy or sell, as Danny is very profesional and knowledgeable.

Danny's professionalism, knowledge, and marketing techniques blew us away. He helped us with the sale of our then home, and also helped us find our current home. He uses today's most innovative and effective ways to market the listing, so that it reaches the largest possible audience. He also aggressively negotiated our sale price, as well as the purchase side. He is flexible, attentive, and organized. The attention to detail was very impressive. If you afford him the opportunity to conduct a presentation for you, then you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend granting him the prospect.
