My husband and I interviewed three different real estate agents to help us sell my mother-in-law’s house after her passing.  Although all three were very professional in their presentation, Brad had far more knowledge and enthusiasm than the other two.  Through his outstanding job marketing of the house, we had two offers – both over listing price – within the first week.  Unfortunately, the first buyer backed out of the sale at the end of the second week of escrow.  Brad told us not to worry that he would contact the second buyer, who was more than eager to buy the house.  He and his team went above and beyond answering our many questions and taking care of all our needs during the escrow process.  In addition, he helped the second buyer, through the escrow process too. (This house sale, was the buyer’s agent’s first sale.  Brad made sure the buyer’s questions and needs were also addressed.)  The buyer was so happy with the sale and so were we.  We highly recommend Brad and his team to anyone looking to buy, or sell, their home.

Brad is such a sweet man and always made me feel like I was his #1 client!  He took extra time with me to make sure I understood all the documents I was signing.  As a first time buyer, I needed guidance and expertise - and he more than delivered on that. The entire experience went smoothly and was utterly painless!  I am so grateful to him and his team!  They're the best!

Brad Korb and his group was the best realtor we interviewed and we were pleased to see the expert manner of his team from the initial listing of our property to the closing of the sale.  We had multiple offers within days of release of our listing and the house was in escrow shortly thereafter.  Their multimedia approach to the sale of our house and their continuous efforts to keep us appraised of the status of the property impressed us and we would recommend them to anyone desiring to buy or sell a house.

My property sold in just days, we listed it high in the market range and Brad used his exceptional negotiation skills to finalize an offer that was very close to asking price.   Brad staged the property and it looked amazing, likely adding to why it sold so quickly.   Since I moved from California, Brad was able to help me through long distance and found someone to remove some of my belongings that I was not able to discard before the move.  Once the purchase agreement was set, Brad's team took great care of me during each step of the process., answered all my questions, and made sure that everything went as expected.

Brad and his team were exceptional to work with. In the beginning, it seemed it would be too hard to meet his request for home prep. Working 10 hour days and coming home exhausted, the last thing I want to do is house prep. But I followed through and I never regretted it. He brought in a home decorator specialist that gave us sound advice on how to arrange our furniture, where to touch up paint, how to stow outdoor tools and what are the industry best tips for selling houses. In the end, my house had multiple offers and sold over asking. Working with Brad feels like you are joining a team with a focus on team success. Never once felt like I was just a client, but more of a teammate with the goal of selling my house. I highly recommend Brad if you are selling OR buying your home!
