I called to discuss my policy and my agent immediately made ridiculous and offensive assumptions concerning my personal life and marriage. This is completely unacceptable and I truly long for the day when Hurricane Irma is no longer a threat to this area so that I can drop this company and Progressive insurance like God dropped fire on Sodom and Gomorrah. Thank you for being presumptuous and thank you for making this an incredibly easy decision to make.

I searched for a great insurance agent to help my teenage daughter and I get reasonable coverage at a reasonable rate and I found Elaine and JJ at Darr Shackow Insurance. They were local, friendly, and super helpful! They even got me a better rate on my homeowner's insurance and flood! Thanks Elaine and JJ! Y'all are Super Awesome Agents!!!!!

Awesome service!  We are in the process of purchasing a home and Trey was eager to assist us with options, quotes and answering all of my many, many questions.  Never once acted like he didn't have time for me.  Elaine was so kind and patient throughout the entire process.  She is so professional, took the time to walk us through the process and again answer all my many, many questions then cheerfully dealt with our bank's requests for us.  I am so thankful that the seller recommended Darr Schackow Insurance and I will also recommend the Darr Schackow Insurance Team in Milton, Florida.  Oh and it's definitely worth mentioning that they saved us over 30% on our insurance with the same coverage from an A rated insurance company.

Trey Tinney at Darr Schackow is extremely nice and helpful. He takes time to answer my questions, look things up to give me the most knowledgeable answer and seems to truly want to help (crazy right?!)  Trey has helped me with insurance personally and for my business. I have never once been unsure of what something in my policy means or what the next step might be for my situation. He has helped me through every step of the way!

Trey Tinney is great at what he does, which is helping you get the best coverage at the best price.  By having the ability to "shop" multiple carriers, Darr Schackow Insurance isn't tied to promoting just one company's products over another's and they make sure they match your needs with the best carrier.  Trey works hard to earn your business by explaining the coverages and making sure you are not only insured but also covered in the event you need to use your insurance.....There's a difference between "having insurance" and "being covered" and he can help!
