I want to recognize Kevin and Alex. Both of these gentlemen were professional and fun during both ends of our move. They laid expectations out and gave us a complete understanding of the process. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and care for my wife, cats and our goods. Any item we wanted special attention taken care of, they did with no questions asked. I also want to recognize the pack team they brought in. They were direct reflections of the professionalism that Kevin and Alex brought to our move.

This is our second time moving across the country with Daryl Flood, and both experiences were very good.  The crew on both ends were professional and careful with our belongings.  Communication was easy throughout, and they were always very responsive when I had a question or concern.  They stuck to the schedule and their prices were competitive, if not a little better than other quotes I received.  On our most recent move, almost everything made it without a scratch.  We only had one item that had a little damage, but the claim process was very simple, and taken care of quickly.  All in all, very satisfied.

Daryl Flood was excellent!  We were hesitant to use a moving company/agency due to prior experiences. Luckily we chose Daryl Flood. They communicated consistently throughout the process. They were well priced. The packers and movers were pleasant and did a great job. The truck driver was very accomodating. Most importantly, we had some very minor damage/loss, which we were compensated for immediately. I highly recommend them.

We would contact Daryl Flood without hesitation for another cross country move. Our Driver, Bill (last name hidden) from Cleveland was outstanding. Bill was prompt, took awesome care of our things, and delivery was seamless. Moving is stressful, but as soon as I saw these guys, their level of professionalism and awesome personalities, I was put at ease. That says a lot. Did we have broken things? Sure, a few, but 7 days on a truck going cross country - things happen despite the best efforts.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how impressed I was with Daniel Stamper during our recent 5 day move and how much I appreciate you assigning Daniel to our move. Daniel’s work ethic is outstanding. He worked tirelessly for the entire time he was with us. However, Daniel’s greatest attribute was not only his very hard work but his leadership of the crews that he managed, often times a different set of crew members each day. But even with the constant change in staff, he gained their respect and ensured everyone was working as hard as he was, with special attention to the care of our household goods.

On a personal note, Daniel made a difficult move much easier due to his wonderful and outgoing personality. Not only was he friendly and communicative but he had the utmost respect for me and especially my wife, We were clearly his top priority over all else for which we were greatly appreciative.

Because of Daniel, we will use Daryl Flood next year when we move and I fully expect to request Daniel and his crew again.

Thanks for assigning Daniel to our move. He is clearly one our your best.
