A group of us went for a basketball game. A few things made me rate this arena a 2. 1. We had 12 tickets reserved for us. We didn't all arrive together. When the last of our group arrived, people were sitting in their seat. Rather than make them move, our friends just sat in the row in front of us (we were row 2). The usher made them move but didn't ask the people to get of our seats. Instead, our friends sat elsewhere since it was an elderly couple sitting in their seats. Our friends should not have been put in that situation. People that ended up sitting next to us were put there by an usher because people were in their seats. Again, the people sitting in the wrong seats were not asked to move. 2. During the first half, a friend and I used a bathroom right next to our seats marked "single use only" with a male and female picture. When I returned later to use the same restroom, I was told I couldn't use that bathroom. I asked why. The usher said it was only for coaches. When I questioned that, he directed me to another usher. She said it was only for ADA compliance and since I wasn't handicapped, I couldn't use it. I asked about the different answers I got from her and the other usher. I also asked for her name which she refused to give. She directed me to her supervisor. Her supervisor (who apologized for his workers and said it is miscommunication). He said the bathroom is actually for transgender people. What????? He said he would work on getting the signage changed on the bathroom to let guests know they cannot use the bathroom during a game (because they don't want a line there). Meanwhile, MALES in our group continued to use that very bathroom throughout the game.

The facilities and seating have been upgraded over the past few years so it looks quite nice, however the size still feels like a high school gym

The bleachers can be a real pain to sit on for a whole game.
