You can't beat the location for a Phillies game. Cool view of the stadium. The bed is very comfortable with a slight bounce. The drinks at the bar are a little bit higher than they should be. I would stay here again.

As a business traveler sometimes flights get canceled or travel plans change. When I wasn't able to make it it to Philadelphia because of travel issues this Holiday Inn was not willing to cancel and refund my reservation. this is a first time a hotel has not been flexible with me before. I have even had other holiday inn's be flexible with me and refund a reservation due to travel issues. i was very surprised to their inflexibility. even when i tried to call them and discuss over the phone, i got the run around every time. I was told by the front desk that the person who handles this is not available but to try back later. after a few phone calls of the same response, they stopped picking up and screening my calls. i have not been able to get a hold of them now to talk about what happened. overall, a very unprofessional interaction with this hotel. i will not be staying at a holiday inn again during my business or personal travel due to the poor treatment from this hotel.

Updated lobby, but you can tell it's an older hotel. Regardless, the rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Awesome location to the stadiums!

The hotel is wonderful. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant however was terrible. We stopped for breakfast before checking out. The food was fine but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. We had to ask the waitress 5 or 6 times to bring us silverware. After every time we asked she would come back with cream for the coffee we were also still waiting for her to bring us. Definitely stay at the hotel but find somewhere else for breakfast.

Uncomfortable mattress, dirty shower (spiders and hair), hard to come and go during a game. They rent out spaces in the parking lot for tailgating which is super annoying for trying to come and go. The cleaning person just walked into our room midday. The washcloths weren't clean. The restaurant inside also has terrible service. We stay at Holiday Inns frequently and this is by far one of the worst we have ever encountered.
