Not too happy to be honest. My wife took in our HP All in one computer to have it diagnosed and after we got a call about it being the motherboard I decided to pick it up to decide what to do about it. Went the next day to pick it up and there was a huge crack in the screen. The guy said the man who screwed the back on did it too hard and it caused the crack. And that they would replace the screen if we decided to have them install the motherboard. The good news is they didn't charge the $40 diagnostic fee but in my mind they also should've replaced the screen for free regardless if I went through them to replace the motherboard or not. You don't break something that's not yours then say well give me more money and I'll fix what I broke. Now I can't even sell it if I wanted to! Thanks Data Pro's for your "Professional" help!

DataPros saved us from what we thought was a major crisis. Zack brought most of our family pics and files back from the dead when our hard drive crashed. Great locally owned place to get data recovery, I.T. services, and they sell some hardware that is very competitive with the big box stores. I also learned that they will even give lessons on how to use devices for those that aren't technically savvy.

This place was great!  They were able to fix my PC really quick.  Not to mention the price was on point!  Thanks again for everything, and I am definitely referring you guys to my friends.

Excellent knowledgeable service from friendly & honest staff. I highly recommend, I got a MAC tune up and my computer feels brand new. I am so impressed

A really helpful and friendly store. My laptop's power button broke and I was unable to find a work around to boot it up. Zack was very helpful and was able to find an easy work around way to bring my laptop back to life. He only charged me the diagnostic fee ($40) and demonstrated how to get my machine back in working order before handing me back my machine. I was worried at first, but they gave me confidence they could fix the issue and they did! I had my laptop back in less than 24 hours. Thank Datapros you've made a returning customer today !
