So i scheduled an appointment last Wednesday for today at 2pm. I drive there and the receptionist tells me that whoever set my appointment never put my info into the computer. How ghetto. I'll stick to planned parenthood 😒😩

Medical staff always has a bad attitude they move very slow and leave u in the room for a nice long period of time

First time there. Dr. Renee Hickson was great. She took her time and checked everything on my list and reassured me of little things that I thought were issue. My husband was satisfied and grateful. Dr. Hickson was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail.

I had the worst experience ever and the beginning everything was good . But when I had brought an alarming concern about my health . DR RENEE HICKSON DIDNT CARE TO EXAM me .. Instead she just made me feel uncomfortable. I wasn't able to put in a complain cause no one transfer me to the right person ..I just found a new Doctor and my New doctor is a blessing cause she found the problem .

They move very slow. I waited 1 hour for a print out of my medical records.
