Called ahead with a pick up order for a specific time. When I arrived, they clearly hadn't started the pizza yet, as the cashier went to the kitchen and had a rather frantic discussion with the staff. The explanation was that it wasn't out of the oven yet, but I was offered a pop while I wait (my first tip something was off). 
I wait about 10 minutes, and ask a manager "my pizza wasn't started when i got here, was it?" Without even asking what pizza or who I was, she replied you are correct. She offered a brownie in reparation, and a $15 rain check when I said it wasn't good enough. 
The pizza was poorly made. If I have to wait because you already messed up timing, don't give me a half sauced pizza. Also don't blatantly try to avoid confronting a customer you clearly wronged. The $15 rain check is why a 3 star was given, that covered the pizza. Disappointed.

I live in Kansas but frequently come to Minnesota to visit my son. Everytime I come I eat at Davanni’s. Usually I use their delivery service which has never let me down. Their food is great & staff are always very friendly. Highly recommend! 👍🏼

Typical sub/sandwich/pizza joint. Consistently good. It's nice the have the Coke Freestyle soda machine and the brownies are divine!
