Service has improved.... the food is the same in all Popeye's always good, so the difference is the quality of the service, which in this particular one good. 
Revisited review : The manager is just awesome, he puts a nice face to service.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip basket with Cajun fries. I opened it up and there was only 3 bone in wings with no biscuit and no fries. So disappointed I paid $10 for 3 pieces of chicken and mostly ice in my cup. Would recommend checking your food before leaving.

I have mixed feelings about this. It was my first time ever having Popeyes and the food was wonderful! However we arrived at 8:40pm to find the doors locked even though the sign clearly says the lobby closes at 9:00 pm. When people that were in there left we walked in since it wasn't supposed to be closed per the sign and when we were ordering the manager that was there said (in much of an attitude) that the lobby was supposed to be closed. We asked the cashier what time they close and she said 9:00pm but the manager decided to close early and even though at this time it was 15 minutes to 9:00pm we were kicked out with our food even though they were still open and we had to eat outside in the dark and it was a little chilli. Low and behold though the manager let her family in and they were allowed to eat inside but she forced us paying costumers to eat outside in the dark. Overall the manager was awful, rude and had the attitude of a spoiled brat. The cashier that helped us however was nice and you could see in her eyes she felt bad. So in a sum, the food was good, just wish they taught the manager how to actually be a manager and show costumer service. I suggest you retrain her and also teach her the times that the store is supposed to be open until.

Went there about a hour before they close had a problem with sub standard service and cold food 🤔wait for it .Spoke with management and our food was replaced reprimanded employee apologized and we're on our way. Good!!

Food is decent but sometimes the portions are small for the price.
