I have been insured on multiple vehicle through this agent for almost 2 years. I have been told, by people in Dave hamricks office for that time period on multiple occasions, that I didn't need to disclose any non family members living with me that did not have a license, if they did not drive my car. I am being dropped coverage now for not disclosing an excluded person. That person, was confirmed in person, by Charlie at the agents office, on several occasions, to be excluded from disclosure, as he did not have a license, did not drive, or drive any of my cars, and was not related to me. I offered to give his information anyway, multiple times, I was refused, as they said it was not required. BBB Complaint is filed against State Farm corporate. Filing a complaint with Florida state as recommended by another State Farm agent, as they tell me that State Farm CANNOT drop me for this. Would file BBB against the agent as well but This particular agent is NOT REGISTERED as a fort Myers business WITH THE BBB.

I originally had a State Farm Agent in Naples (Darrell Campbell) who was stellar and set the bar very high. When he retired I was automatically reassigned to Dave Hamrick. To date I am very unimpressed with him. I do not get responses to emails or correspondence and they do not proactively try to get me the best rates available. I had to ask and prompt questions that significantly reduced my home owners premium. I feel that I should have been notified by my agent regarding the various options available to me when it comes to coverage. Turns out I have been over insured and who needs that in this housing market ! I have obviously picked a new agent.
