I can see why, at the time of writing this, The Thompson Agency has 98 positive reviews! Cindy Palmquist, our agent, has consistently given me fantastic support. Every time I've emailed her for something, she has always replied back with answers so quickly, and is always so helpful. We're new to the area and not only did The Thompson Agency offer competitive rates for our home and autos, but their service is awesome. I would highly recommend Cindy, and the Thompson Agency, to all of my friends and family. Great service, caring people! Totally impressed.

Called the Thompson Agency based on reviews and they were correct. Agency is professional with great follow-up and feedback. Made the entire insurance process stress free which was important since my wife and I just moved to the area. Suggested insurance carriers were competitively priced and quotes were fast and explained to me in detail. I'm so very pleased I went with the Thompson Agency for my insurance needs.

Brian called me back quickly. He asked a few, straight to the point questions and gave me a quote. I got the coverage I requested at a competitive rate. Brian is very professional, works quickly at finding you a good rate. I would recommend him to friends and family in a heart beat.
