He never had time for us. We would call him and he would send us straight to voicemail, we haven't had a worse experience. I will never recommend anyone I know to use Dave Mansur. He's lazy, disrespectful and ignorent.

Dave Mansur and his Team of Professionals far exceeded any expectations we had known any Realtor to be!! He was honest and up front with what our house was worth and what we could expect the market to be. He listed and sold our home in 3 weeks! He also found us the home we had dreamed of owning!

I believe it was because of his unique way of marketing on the internet. The listings and descriptions of the homes are beautiful and descriptive, no surprises! He also helped us with staging for our showings, provided a moving trailer for the BIG day, and many other things that made the deal go smooth. Dave and his team are incredible and we HIGHLY recommend them to everyone we know who is in the market to buy, sell or both!! You won't be disappointed!

Dave sold my house and I didn't even have to put it on the market.  It was the best experience I have ever had with a realtor.  Thanks Dave.
