There is absolutely nobody better than Julie! I've referred all of my friends and family to her and will continue to do so. She takes the stress out of buying/selling your home and makes it FUN! Julie showed my husband and I a house that we fell in love with. She told us at that time the house had no offers. Within a week, we were pre-approved and ready to make an offer. She told us that the house already had two offers (really, within the past 5 days after 120+ days on the market?) and she was not interested in us making a counter-offer. We asked her THREE TIMES if she could find other homes for us in the area in our price range and she said that WE have to come to her with houses we wanted to see, she wouldn't find homes for us. It's been a month and I haven't heard from her since. I'll guess we'll have to find someone else to help our growing family purchase a home.

Julie rented me an apartment, and then, later, sold me a house. She did a fantastic job at both. A very nice Realtor and person. She listened to what we wanted, and didn't try to upsell us or pressure us. We went on several visits to potential properties until we found what we wanted.
