I have been with State Farm for over 40 years in several states. They were all good, but Dave Raml's office is by far the best and my favorite!! Lisa is not just a fab agent... she is a phenomenal person!! They just do NOT come better!

When we moved to Rapid City from Denver I was truly sad to leave my old State Farm agents, but they got me in contact with Lisa from Dave Raml's office in RC and she made the transition amazing! When we first got to the office my 2 year old immediately found the candy jar and we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist and some free cold water (it was super hot outside so this was a welcome surprise!). We didn't have to wait long at all for Lisa to come down and say hi and take us upstairs to complete our paperwork. She had everything already taken care of and went over all the information with us, answering our questions and even had toys for my son to play with to keep him entertained! The process was smooth, fun, and I really do love having her as my agent! Thank you Lisa for taking the time to get to know us, help us, and make what could have been a rough transition a very pleasant one! Oh and I should add that I am able to text or call anytime I have questions or need info which has been so helpful! Lisa is always quick to respond. Thank you!

My favorite state farm agent! Dave and the girls there have been so wonderful. They've helped me out with so many questions I've had through out the years.  Always willing to go beyond to help.  Great customer service and always a smile on they're faces. I would recommend this state farm to anyone in need or not in need!

Dave Raml truly is a pillar of the Black Hills, Rapid City, and western South Dakota. He truly represents the best of this region and the best of State Farm. 

I do not just say this  because he is my neighbor and now my State Farm agent. My wife and I have always had great service with State Farm since my wife brought me over from another insurer after we were married. State Farm has seen us through some tough times and always been that "good neighbor."

Dave takes that good neighbor approach to his clients literally and figuratively in my case. I just sat down with him yesterday to review all of policies now that we have moved to Rapid City, and I am beginning my medical career after med school, residency and fellowship (all of which State Farm has been there through thick and thin). 

I was so impressed on the personal touch Dave and his staff took with my wife and I on our personal and professional endeavors. He really looked at our situation holistically (just as I try to do with my patients). He addressed all of our State Farm accounts and offered advice and education on policies  inside and outside State Farm. 

He truly represents the best of his company, and he and his staff are the good neighbors that trust to insure the most precious things to me personally and professionally.
