Clean store, decent prices, awesome staff. Even the youngins take their jobs seriously. I bought my kid a pet from a teenager who was a startling wealth of knowledge and when i had a question she couldn't answer she took the time to look through a book and then Google it. Love them, they should all be proud of what they do and how much they help

I love this place. It has a great selection, but more importantly, the people are very friendly and helpful. The young woman who has worked there for a while once spent a long time helping me find the perfect toys for my new cat. Stafford is lucky to have this place.

Poor service.  Overcharged was not charged price on the item.   Never received a call back from Stafford store or a response to the email I sent to the main store.  Returned everything I purchased and will go to a more reputable store.

Excellent help. Great prices! Just hope they don't do away with the food my cats like! They won't eat anything else! Haha (spoiled)

THIS PLACE IS OUTSTANDING! I WISH THERE WAS A DAY DURING THE WEEK THEY COULD LET ME WASH BUDDY BOY AT 9:00am. GOOD HRS FOR THE MASSES BUT WHAT ABOUT THE CHEFS!!!
