I went in for a no chip manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. The pedicure was fantastic. They did a great job & I was super relaxed. I was pretty disappointed with the no chip manicure. First of all, I was charged $10 for them to remove the no chip that I already had on my nails. I’ve been to A LOT of nail salons & have never been charged for no chip removal when paying for a no chip manicure. When the woman was doing my manicure, she said she couldn’t cut my cuticles because they were too swollen and dry. Again, no one has ever said this to me before. I paid for the services (although I was disappointed) and left. I went home and fixed my cuticles. Two days later, the top coat on the manicure started turning a nasty yellow/green color. I am guessing that the top coat was old and/or cheap which caused the discoloration. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon and will absolutely not be returning.

Horrible experience! Booked 2 Groupons for pedis and no chip manicures. The manager approached us with her appointment book stating we were 10 mins late and she couldn't help us now. I explained we were actually 20 minutes early and showed her the 2 reminder text messages with my appointment times  She continued to argue with my mother and I, saying she already had another appointment scheduled. Really? Because she thought we were 10 mins late? Since she refused any service, which makes absolutely no sense, we left shocked and disappointed. Very rude and unprofessional! Imagine my surprise the next day when I was notified my credit card was charged for services we were denied... tip included!! Fortunately, Groupon credited my account .. but we will never return here again.

I just left this place and it was a complete miss for me. I have natural thick eyebrows and I gave her specific instructions to keep them pretty thick and to arch them a bit. I could tell immediately she was rushing, spending about a minute on each eyebrow. She told me she was done and I looked at them seeing two completely different shapes and random hairs left everywhere as well as them being far more thin then I asked for. I’m pretty passive so I was going to let the thinness go and I just asked her to try to make the two eyebrows more similar in shape. She told me no because my “eyebrows grow differently” I have never had any other eyebrow place have any trouble before so I didn’t see what the problem was. Over all I’m just so unhappy.

I always come and get my eyebrows done and I've always been 100% satisfied with how they looked. The employees are so nice and always make sure the customers are happy

I frequent this place for pedicures and acrylics and it's really a hit or miss. I always call ahead and schedule an appointment because of not you'll be waiting for a good 30 minutes. They can usually get you in whenever you need even if you call last minute. They do a good job but most of the services feel rushed. The place isn't the cleanest, it's actually pretty cluttered. It's convenient that it's inside Walmart. The prices are pretty fair as well.
