David Simon was born in Selma, Alabama in 1956. Mr. Simon received his B.A. degree from the University of Alabma in 1978. While there, Mr. Simon was inducted into the Jasons, Phi Beta Kappa, and Omicron Delta Kappa. He went on to attend the University of Alabama School of Law and graduated with his J.D. in1981. He was Vice President of the Alabama Criminal Defense Layers, 1998-2000, and President of the Baldwin County Bar Association, 1997-1998. He is also a member of the Alabama State Bar. Mr. Simon has been practicing for over 30 years in the areas of Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Criminal Law, Felonies, Misdemeanors, DUI, Juvenile Criminal Law, Drug Crimes, Murder, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and Property.
