Personal Injury

I assist people who are injured or killed due to someone else's mistake. In evaluating any injury claim, I need to see three things in order to take the case to a jury - clear liability, an insured defendant, and substantial damages. If you have all three of those elements, I would be honored to assist you on a contingency fee basis.

Car Accidents

I assist individuals when injured in a car, multivehicle, or trucking accident. I do not represent insurance companies. I only take car accident claims in which the liability is clear, and when the defendant has liability insurance coverage. I typically do not like to sue, and only sue as a last resort if the defendant is unwilling to be reasonable on settlement. I will not take frivolous claims, or unsubstantiated claims. Nearly 90% of my injury cases settle prior to trial. In addition, a high percentage of cases which I handle in this area are by referral from other law firms, indicating strong confidence by other lawyers in my office to handle these type of cases.
