Donna Hooper Danza is a terrific agent!  She is very personable and super hard-working.  We sold our house at the very bottom of the market in summer 2011 for almost asking price.  She helped us stage our home to be in the best possible situation to sell, even though the house was in a less-than-desirable neighborhood.  The entire time it was on the market, she took all calls from buyers' agents and helped us manage our unwieldy schedule (having babies that needed to nap and get to bed at a decent hour in the evening).  

It took us a year to find a house we liked (the market inventory was really low and all-cash buyers were out-competing us), but she faithfully trudged all over the county scouring potential sites for us.  She patiently walked through houses with us and our 2 small boys on many weekends and evenings.  When we finally found a house a year later, the housing market was beginning to zoom back up.  She found our new house for us, which met every single requirement we had--plus some.  The seller was a difficult person to work with, and Donna skillfully negotiated a very good deal for us. 

I would highly recommend Donna Hooper Danza as a real estate agent.  I hope I never have to go through the home selling and buying experience again (I am too much of a home-body!!), but if I do, I will definitely be hiring her again.
