I have been working with MainStreet Realtros for over 10 years and think they are absolutely fantastic.

Datta helped us buy our first home in Pleasure Point in 2003.  He knows the local market inside and out.  Datta is a seasoned professional that will help you get your dream house, while managing your expectations along the way.  

After we moved back to the peninsula, we began to rent our property on VRBO, using MainStreet for property management.  After 5 years of rentals, we cover about 2/3 the cost of the house, and still use it for ourselves regularly.  Carol and team have worked out a great system to manage the tenants, housekeeper, book keeping, and any issues that come up.

Our family has been working with Datta Khalsa for the past 8 months. Datta is a superb agent, providing us with tremendous service with his expertise and support in successfully buying a wonderful home. Once we settled on a house, Datta quickly worked with us to put together an offer. He is an amazing negotiator and has a deep understanding of all real estate aspects. His expertise, experience, pragmatism and positive attitude were invaluable. Datta helped us through a complicated counter-offer situation until we were satisfied.. After our offer was accepted his team worked very efficiently to close the deal. We weren't the easiest of buyers and Datta was always available for our many inspections and questions. 
Since closing the deal Datta is still only a phone call away. He has advised us on several difficult issues and given us contacts from his amazing network. Thank you Datta for your continued support!

We have worked with Datta on several real estate transactions over the last ten years. I cannot express the level of professionalism, creativity and dedication that Datta brings to the table.  In addition, he is a master negotiator, has a great team in his office and is just a really nice person who truly cares about his clients. His contacts within the industry are second to none. He will get the right finance people, inspectors and city resources as you need them to help you with your decisions on a deal. I always say that we have the “best realtor in the world” and I could not imagine ever using anyone else. If you are looking at realtors for single family homes to multi-res Datta is the best.

This place is the worst, at least the apartment management part of it. We couldn't wait until our lease was over so we could leave this bad company. Horrible response when something does not work and just an awful attitude. It is clear the lady who manages the apartments is resentful about her task and does not want to do her job. My kids are afraid of her! I can't vouch for buying a house from them, but if their rental section is any indication stay away!
