(ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE ZERO) I planned to come in on a Sunday to try on some dresses with two of my bridesmaids, my mom and my great grandmother who is in a wheelchair. When the doors opened at noon I had no intention of asking for assistance (we really were just going to look and see what sparked interest). The girls at the front desk were so rude. I was asked if I had an appointment. (I said no, the website said nothing about the appointments being a REQUIREMENT, just the hours). I was immediately told (with negative tone) that without an appointment I couldn't be helped. So I went on to look. I was stopped and told to sign in. What was I signing in for? I had no appointment and was clearly told no one would help me. Nor was it offered for me to set an appointment. I was told if I didn't sign in I wouldn't be allowed to look either. So my personal information is required for window shopping as well? I was appalled at this treatment, for an industry that caters to special events you would think that customer service would be somewhat important. The rest of my visit was fine and I also ASKED for an appointment (they apparently have openings throughout the day for walk-ins and the front didn't feel that I was allowed to know that information). I was never offered one nor was I apologized to for the staffs disgusting display of "customer service". Leslie was great. Katie was as well. The assistant manager was helpful too. But, I was obviously placed in the back by the bathrooms (other rooms were available) but I suppose that was their way of punishing me for not knowing about their appointment requirement. Don't go in without one. You'll be treated like gum on the bottom of their shoes. I got the serial numbers of the dresses we chose and will bring our business elsewhere.

Purchasing my dress was great. Sarah, my consultant, was very helpful, listened to what I wanted, and was able to pick out a dress that was to die for. I went in for alterations and their alterations room was so hot! As I was standing on the platform having them pin my dress for the bustle I almost fainted twice because it was so hot. My mom tried to ask a consultant if they had cups for water and the woman she spoke to said oh we don't have any, she'll have to walk to the water fountain across the salon. The nice woman (Merl) doing the alterations and her assistant were able to find a cup so my mom could get me some water. I was scheduled to pick up my dress October 6th. I received a verification email on Monday that week and then a verification text Thursday night that my dress would be ready for pick up. I got a voicemail Thursday night at 8:15 that my dress wouldn't be ready and that I needed to call and reschedule a pick up. I call back immediately, sit on hold for 30 minutes and then was told that they haven't even started my dress due to the hurricane putting them behind. I was so upset that they waited until the night before to notify me that my dress wasn't going to be ready. Needless to say, I was able to pick it up last night (10/12) and it looked great. Merl and the alterations team did a great job. Hopefully this

I brought my daughter here to purchase a gown that we needed quick due to a sickness in the family. We had to move her wedding up and make it within 2 weeks. The associates at the front were so nice and polite. Our stylist was Jennifer Reid who went above and beyond our expectations. She took the time to talk to my daughter and find out exactly what she likes in a dress. She was so professional and courteous and funny. I could not be happier with Jennifer. We found the dress and she said Yes! Thank you Jennifer for making Taylor's day extra special. All the staff was very nice.

I was beyond happy with the service I received at this Davids Bridal location. I went in to buy a wedding dress and I was so overwhelmed with it. My stylist Carla Altamirano was so sweet and patient with me. I was starting to get discouraged during my appointment, and thought I would find a dress I loved until she came in with a dress that I had previously declined from seeing it in the rack. I feel in love with it!! I knew it was the dress from just the look on her face. She was amazing to me. My dress shopping experience would have been nothing without her. Thank you so much Carla💕

David's Bridal surprised me with their service. I had planned to go to a bridal boutique only and avoid large stores, but decided to just go and see what they had. They didn't have as many options with tea length dresses/ were out of some slips and lace sleeve add-ons in my size...But the girl that helped me was SO kind and helpful, and even gave me tips on how to find the dress I wanted at other bridal shops. Her name was Sarah😊
