Manuel the manager and his team was very professional and helped me when I needed to make a return.  No hassles, just good customer service.  This is a rarity in the retail arena.  This type of personal service gets often overlooked in the age of web shopping.  There are definitely REAL VALUE in doing face to face business and Nordstrom leads the pack!

Rude employees. A woman can’t go into the “family” side of the fitting rooms and can’t bring shoes in to try on alongside the outfits I am looking at. That’s fine if you have rules but you don’t need to bark at people in a rude manner. Totally repulsive and made me not purchase a single thing.

I have never had a more uncomfurtable shopping experience in my life than I did last night at this store. I have just spent over $100 on makeup online and wanted to see if the local store had more of a selection than online so I went in and looked at the makeup kinda just walking around and looking for cute shades of blush and shadow. I was suddenly approached by an employee who told me i was not allowed to open and swab the makeup or sample it being that I was doing no such thing and know better than to do something like that! This was so randome and unprompted for her to tell me this. Then I suddenly hear a pager go off and a second later noticed a security guard was told to follow me around the store and keep a close eye on me! I mean really close! This man followed me and my boyfriwnd around the entire time we were there and did not get more than 5 feet away from us the entire time! I was being treated like a criminal for absolutely no reason! I ended up buying a set of makeup brushes from Target. The quality was not as nice as what I could have gotten at Nordstrom but I was much happier with my experience at the Target down the street as they did not treat me with such disrespect as the staff at Nordstrom rack.

Hold on to your cc This I'd the best store in the PB Outlet mall. The choices make it almost unnecessary to go to the expense of buying from the Nordstrom Department store . If you need a gown or a particular pair of shoes, then this may or may not be for every occasion. I've found more things than i would like show up here in no time after purchasing them full price . There are other less expensive brands . Dont ever pay the price for Nadri and other accessories BC they will be here. I think it's important to know that they will find your size and color if available at other Nordstrom racks. Also, seamstress is on hand.
