Still finding out how much they screwed me on a rebuilt motor... after 3 years of learning the Dos and don’ts for this engine, I’m finally getting everything right in my boat. Stay clear away from this company!!! Incorrect install of a drip less shaft using hot engine water and melting it. Electric wiring was all screwed up. They even told me to use the compression valve to shut the engine down, in the manual it says clearly to avoid failure do not use to shut the engine down... I can go on but I won’t...

I should have listened to the advise from other businesses in the community who said they repeteadly have to fix the poor work done by this company. He does not stand behind what he sells and evidently has a known poor reputation in the Marine community. Wish I'd listened, o learned the hard way. Beware. Additionally, if you write an unfavorable review he will harass you on the phone when what he should have done was return the money for what he sold is that could not be used, and was not used. That's good customer service. The man indicated he was already going to St. Augustine and would pick up a drum. The one he sold us was just like the blue one out back of his shop on Walnut, both badly rusted on top. So why he says he had to go somewhere to pick up a drum when he had one is beyond me. He sold us a red hazard material drum with an unidentifiable chemical previously in it. Pump out company would not put our filtered clean boat fuel in it. They sold us a brand new clean drum for $5 more than I paid for the rusted red one. I brought the drum back to Davidson's Marine, set it right beside his other rusted drum out his bsckdoor and he refused to refund our money.

They do excellent work and at very reasonable prices. They also will stand behind everything they do. The best place to get repower, generator, and a/c work done in North Florida!
