I called and told Karen the colors I wanted and the amount I could spend on a bouquet for my Mother’s birthday. I live In a different state so I never know what she’s going to end up with. The arrangement was beautiful and exactly what I asked for. The card only had the first person I gave who they were from written on it, but that’s okay she knew anyways lol. I highly recommend this flower shop. Thanks again!

The customer service of this floral shop is minimal. Brenda could only tell me that orders are guaranteed by 7pm, she couldn't take the time to look up my specific order. When I requested her to look up the order specifically she gave me attitude. The prices of their arrangements do not match the service that is given. I will not order from here again. I've very dissatisfied.

Ordered a beautiful arrangement of sunflowers and various other flowers in a ceramic pitcher. They delivered an arrangement of yellow and red flowers in a cheap vase. Did not call me to ask if they could substitute. Very disappointing.
