I went on a trip to NYC to visit the 9/11 memorial. While the memorial itself was amazing and it was fun to spend time in the city, the bus ride and the "group experience" was horrible. The owner was very condescending towards my friend and I because according to her, we were late in our arrival to the pick up location to go home. She demanded that we get on the bus and then proceeded to make a comment about it over the loudspeaker to everyone. Very unprofessional company and I will never use their services again. Would not recommend this travel agency to anyone under 50 either.

On October 4th 2014 ,my friend and I took a day trip to NYC to visit the 9/11 Memorial. Before leaving the bus we were notified that we needed to be back on the bus at 3:00pm After having a great day at the memorial itself we made our way back to the bus and were there by 2:15pm After noticing we were a bit early and also the bus wasn't there yet we just walked around the block and found a place to use the bathroom. After getting back to the bus stop at 2:55 PM, well this is when the entire trip was ruined. My friend wanted to have a quick smoke before taking a 2 and a half hour bus ride back home "smart thinking" but right after lighting the cigarette the owner of Davis Day Trips "DEBBIE DAVIS" storm's out the bus at 2:56 pm looking confused and upset saying why are we late and starts demanding we get on the bus immediately. We tried explaining that we still have a few minutes and that we are not late at all but she did not want to hear it. So after rushing onto the bus she turns on the speakerphone at 2:58 pm and starts to thank everyone for being there on time but making sure to point us out and embarrass us in front of the entire tour bus for in her eye's being "late". If Debbie Davis actually knew how to read time then she would known we were actually EARLY not LATE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DAVIS DAY TRIPS TO ANYONE JUST FOR THE DISRESPECT I FELT ON THIS TRIP. LEARN HOW TO RESPECT YOUR CLIENTS REGARDLESS OF THEIR AGE!
