I only go to the one in Delaware located at the train station, you can rent any car with a debit card,but, here's the catch,it has to be from a bank account not an institution like social security 😖

Super friendly staff and good prices. NJ has weird insurance laws regarding car rentals, and they will do everything they can to help you by calling your insurance and/or credit card company.  They'll give you a ride home after you return the car too!

This past weekend we rented one of Penguin's 15 passenger vans.  Debbie and Ed were both very responsive to my questions and made the entire process easy.  The van was in great shape and very clean.  I would definitely recommend their services if you are in need.
