Jeff arrived the same date of our call for repair even though the appointment had been made for the following morning. He said he had finished another job early and was in the area. He found the source of our A/C problem immediately, but said it would need to thaw overnight and he would return the following morning (as scheduled) to complete the repair. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company again!

Professional and precise. These guys know their stuff. Not over priced, and won't just sell you to sell you, they'll fix the problem if they can without making you do unnecessary work!

Excellent customer service. Fast friendly and got us back to enjoying our summer! Would recommend them to anyone.

Only giving two stars because the people who did our install were nice. Otherwise I'd give less than one star if I could. 

We were quoted over $500 LESS than they actually charged us, and the installation men were only here for a couple hours. They left during install to get some "parts" and were gone for over 3 hours. The extra charges ($500 more than quoted) were for those "parts" that turned out to be some metal sheeting. Quoted $150. Charged $675. For a swamp cooler install.

We won't be back for the installation of our new heating.
