The best NY style pizza in Boston. The owner knows me at this point and always gives me good food on time. It’s the only pizza place in The Boston area worth ordering from.

I really want to like this place, it's in a super convenient location. That being said, the food here is just so mediocre. The subs look nothing like the pictures they've uploaded on Google. They're way too small for $9. I got the sausage sub with onions and it looked nothing like the pictures. I've had the "Can't Find A Name for It" which is the Thanksgiving turkey sub and it was the same, small and pricey. It was like they're counting the individual slices of turkey and slicing them extra thin on purpose. I really want to like this place since I'm a five minute walk, but I'm 0-2 so far.

They engage in bate and switch. The menu states the prices of items but they charge you more. Both the menu board and the paper menu says $6.95 for cold subs but they charge you $7.25 plus tax. Shady. The menu says they have pizza slices but they said they don't sell enough to offer them any more. But they can't be bothered to cover it up with a piece of tape. Someone before me ordered a steak sub that was listed for $8.95 but they charged him $11.75 Wow.

I went here for a quick restroom break around close. The man working the counter was clearly stressed out by all his orders, and when I took more than 5 minutes in the restroom, he called first responders, claiming I had been unresponsive for 40 minutes. Overall an unpleasant experience. The cheesecake was delicious, though.

Subs are delicious, pizza isn't great, and service is awful. Ordered online and they didn't even start to make the food until I arrived 35 minutes later.
