No problem with the food, it's always about the service. One making a smoothie, another toasting several bagels and no one manning the register with 5 in line. No back up called to help (if there is any).

Worst Panera I've been to. Generally gross, and the ambience is horrible. There's also a limited selection of baked goods compared to other locations.

I stood in line for 8 minutes to get a cup of coffee, then found out at the end of all that the coffee machines were all empty. All of them. So I waited another 10 minutes for the machines to be filled only to dump it out because it was undrinkably burnt and just awful. Food is terrible like all Panera- I was just looking for a cup of coffee.

I always go to this panera and the staff is always so nice! I didn't catch her name but the lady today who was making the food and calling everyone beautiful, she was AMAZING! Super sweet, super helpful!

Place is always busy because of location and good Panera food but still clean and neat.
