The customer service was HORRIBLE! extremely rude especially the black women that work there. They have no patience and class to be a cuatomer seevice rep and also this rep named CHRISTINA hung up on me. And my shipment was damaged as i received it. I hope this place burns along every employee there. Thanks for nothing DAVITA!

The absolute worst excuse for a pharmacy EVER!! If you care about yourself or your loved one, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I have ordered meds for my ex husband for whom I am caregiver and even though I am his power of attorney, they will not allow me to order his meds. When I can get him to understand how to do it, I have to have him call and order. This is the 3rd time that they have just decided they were not going to send it. Once it was Insulin and now it is Eloquis, a medication to keep him from having strokes so not only is he at high risk for another stroke stopping it cold turkey cannot be good on his body. The only thing I can get them to send me are the Nephro Vit and the binders. Which we have enough of to open our own pharmacy. To whom it may concern @Davita RX, If my loved one has another stroke because of you, I WILL sue you and shut you down. You are grossly negligent in your responsibilities and what you are doing is highly illegal.

Awful Rx, the staff isn't well trained. I spoke to 3 different people and was given 3 different explanations within an hours time as to what was holding up my medication from being shipped. The dialysis center pushes their patients to use their pharmacy...its so bad, don't do it, you are better off using a local RX.

Very unethical business, this place is a scam. They ship medication to patients without them asking and even when you repeatedly tell them not to. Impossible to talk to someone with Davita, I wish I could give them less than one star.

Things were fine until DaVita RX dropped the ball on something. My complaint is not about the original error, but the grossly incompetent way in which it was resolved (not). Not the crime, but the coverup, as they say in Washington. We have ceased using DaVita RX as a result.
