Very helpful person at this local family owned store. My go-to place for most pool supplies. I took my partially working Polaris pool cleaner, and they spent almost 30 minutes fixing it, the parts cost less little over $10, and that was it. Genuinely interested in helping the customers. Supplies may cost a little more than big stores like Walmart or Costco. But the small premium is definitely worth having the expert and personal service you get here.

I took my partially working Polaris pool cleaner, and they spent almost 30 minutes fixing it, the parts cost less little over $10, and that was it. Genuinely interested in helping the customers. Supplies may cost a little more than big stores like Walmart or Costco. But the small premium is definitely worth having the expert and personal service you get here.

The owner is amazing! He shares his knowledge for free and is so willing to help. He has saved me hundreds of dollars in service fees with me describing the problem and him telling me how to fix. His help has worked every single time. Love him, love his store. He has a customer for life. If you live near Coppell, shop here for your pool needs. Skip the chains and remember what it's like to support local businesses. You'll be glad you did.

Wonderful local business! Very professional, knowledgeable and all around great store. They take everything out to your car and load it no problem! Honest, trusting, hardworking family owned business! Customer for life!

This is a terrific local pool store. Their specialized service surpassed expectations. They greeted me at the door, tested my pool water sample for chemicals and salt, and pulled all of the items I needed for me. Their pricing was very reasonable. They even carted out my order and put it in the back of my car. They're a great local resource for pool products, service and maintenance!
